For awhile I’ve been feeling as though I need to get away from the computer and physically make something with my hands. At the same time, I am not in a position to take on yet another project. Original Illustrations for Brava Magazine

One thing about my illustrations for Brava Magazine (September 2011) that didn’t come across in the printed spreads, was how well each illustration stands on it’s own. They were drawn specifically to be backgrounds, but I think that despite that they actually stand fairly well alone. Photo Restoration

I’ve found myself doing a lot of personal photo restoration lately. I’m not sure if I’m feeling nostalgic or if I’m simply a perfectionist that can’t stand to print or archive photos without first “fixing” them.
