One thing about my illustrations for Brava Magazine (September 2011) that didn’t come across in the printed spreads, was how well each illustration stands on it’s own. They were drawn specifically to be backgrounds, but I think that despite that they actually stand fairly well alone. Hipster Animal Poster

I have been waiting to share this illustration with you for a long time. I’ve been working on the Hipster Animal poster on and off since June. All of the photo reference (with the exception of my kitty, Serif, in the lower left corner) was taken at the Henry Vilas Zoo. A limited run of only 100 posters is currently being screen-printed at MadTown Printing and 50 posters will be available for sale on this website before the end of the month.
